These switches, using USB 5 Volt power and the N.C. half of the switch, will allow stopping of the spindle tool (up to 10 Amps/1200 Watts) using a third party 5Vdc controlled relay or smart strip. Don't let the "USB" fool you! These USB switches are not software dependents! They use the USB Port to maintain a "Normally Opened" relay in the closed position!
