How long do I have to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to receive credit?
You have 15 calendar days after receipt to inspect your order and contact us if there is a problem. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. If for whatever reason you wish to return your order and 15 calendar days has passed, it will be at our discretion whether or not we will give you an RMA.
Is it necessary to have an RMA number in order to return a product to Pasyl.com?
Yes. You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our Return or Warranty policy period. Pasyl.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 calendar days within which Pasyl.com must have received returned products. RMA numbers will not be extended or re-issued. You should prominently display the RMA number on the shipping label of each box(es) containing the returned product(s). Item(s) downloaded from our websites also require an RMA# except that you do not need to ship us anything.
How do I get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)?
All RMA's must be requested online. Click here to request an RMA. Follow the instructions and leave a description of the reason you are requesting an RMA.

Approximately how long will it take before I see a refund credit to my account?
It takes is approximately five business days to process a credit back to your credit card. Paypal refunds will take 4-24 hours (week days).
Approximately how long does it take Pasyl.com to process an RMA?
It takes 2-3 business days for us to process and re-ship or issue refund once we have receives the returned package.
What should I include with my RMA?
All original items, documents, and packaging must be returned with the product in order for Pasyl.com to process your RMA. Missing items will incur further charges (smaller refund). In most cases, when the product is sent back for RMA repair, we will replace it.
When and Why are re-stocking fees applied? How much is deducted when a return is subject to a re-stocking fee?
There is a re-stocking fee of 20% on all returns for refund, unless waived by our Customer Support agent. Pasyl.com is not responsible for manufacturing defects (unless manufactured by Pasyl.com and/or affiliates). We are willing to replace defective items with similar items of same value. If a refund is requested instead of a replacement, we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee. If the product is defective, we will replace it (repair RMA).
Who pays for the shipping of a defective item?
Pasyl.com does not pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise. We are not responsible for factory defects. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, Pasyl.com.com will split the shipping costs with the customer. The customer agrees to assumes the cost of shipping the defective item back to Pasyl.com and we will consequently repair or replace the item and ship it back at no charge to the shipping address specified in your account.
Will Pasyl.com cross-ship replacement items?
No. We will not ship out another item to replace an RMA item before it as been received without charging you for the replacement item. Once the RMA item has been received, we will credit your credit card the cost of the RMA item.
I shipped my return but still don't have a receipt confirmation. What do I do?
If you sent your RMA with a tracking number, check with the shippper/post office if it has been received. It will take us up to 3 business days for us to process an RMA after receipt. If the tracking number confirms that we have received the item, give us 1-2 days to process the RMA before contacting us.
